About Me

"Collect memories, not things."

One thing my friends love about me is that I always smile and laugh loudly (and funny). I love expressing my emotions and making people around me happy by sharing my positive vibes with them.
Sometimes I can be way too adventurous, but thanks to that I have soooo many stories to tell, you can't imagine :)
As almost everyone on this website, I have a dream to travel to as many countries as I can, so I take every opporunity to see a new country. I study PR and advertising, and work in marketing. I always save up money for my future trips and volunteer at numerous art centers to develop myself and meet inspiring people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to understand a culture of a country is to talk to its locals and to live with them. Couchsurfing brings this idea to life, connects people and creates thousands of unforgettable stories. Every couchsurfing experience I've had is so unique and amazing, I can't even imagine traveling in any other way.

Interests

Concerts and festivals: I've visited more than 30 big concerts, and I'm not planning to stop. I love this amazing atmosphere when the music goes straignt into your heart and makes you feel some special way.

Dancing: it's something that always helps me to get away from my thoughts and problems, to find inspiration and to merge with music. When people ask me what do I dance I never give the exact answer, because I dance what I feel and I'm always open to new styles. Last few years I've been training hip-hop and house.

Music: as you can see, music has a special place in my heart. There is no dancing without music and is there actually a life without it at all? (I also used to play the guitar and drums when I was a teenager and it helped me to understand music and rythm better).

Photography: I love taking photos of people and surroundings. This form of art helps to discover new character features in people and see them in another way. Also, it helps us to collect memories, and what could be better than memories?

Traveling: I haven't traveled abroad until 2013. But I discovered many Russian cities before that. In 2013 I went to the US for the exchange program and this experience has changed my mind and perception of the world, connected me to many people from different countries and made me addicted to exploring, traveling and meeting people from all around the world. After that I went (successfully) to Europe with just my backpack and a huge desire to explore, I met some great couchsurfers and now I can't imagine traveling in another way.

People: open-minded, free-spirited, hilarious, with imperfections, but real. I just love people, and especially those who are true to themselves.

Emotions, adventures, memories, smiles, laughs and hugs!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a music lover. You can find almost all kinds of music genres in my playlist.

My book collection is quite weird and various, from classic literature to Stephen King's horros, from love dramas to modern travel books. It all depends on my mood and recommendations from friends.

I don't watch movies a lot, but I love thrilling and thought-provoking stories, as well as good comedies and cute cartoons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was an exchange student in the USA for one year, where I found my second home;
Fell on the roof in Prague and then got a free ride on a bus in Saxony for my injured knee;
Accidentialy canceled my hostel in Berlin and spend the whole night riding a bike around the city;
Lost my passport in another city, didn't know about it until a person who has found it texted me on social media. Got it back and now ready to travel;
Booked a boat for a night on Airbnb and survived the storm on it;
...waiting for more
