About Me
CURRENT MISSION
changing the world by building a global movement of performance-activists
ABOUT ME
I live in Central Copenhagen (Denmark) and currently work as a (public) school psychologist there while building a global movement of performance-activists - headed by the East Side Institute where I volunteer.
I dig development. What I love most is to create developmental learning environments with people. Whether that be in schools, my office, your organization, our conversation, or my bedroom I want us to create an environment of trust, collaboration, creativity and not-knowing. I believe that's where my passion and talent intersect, and where I can give most to others, the world and myself. What's your element?
I'm seriously playful. I carefully use any opportunity to expand what we dare do together. To unveil and subvert the taken for granted. To expand my repertoire. To develop my understanding and practice of play and performance and how it relates to development, fun and worldchanging. Whether that be in improv, conversation, building lego or being plain silly. Do you want to play with me?
I'm determined to continue to develop as a leader and a proactive organizer of my conditions, i.e. taking seriously my need and want for support and community. I'm trying a new performance of not talking so much about it - neither frustrations nor aims - and focus on doing it instead. It's very developmental for me - and tough! Who are you working to become?
I love listening, questioning, philosophizing, organizing (and other 'ings) and I would love to meet you. Do you want to meet?
PHILOSOPHY
We make history. Every day we collectively improvise a day in the world and over the last 60.000 years we have improvised/created language, religions, science, technology, laws, traditions, norms, and this computer I'm working on - and we can change them all. Anything that we created (and some things we didn't) we can change. In that sense, we are all revolutionaries - and we should get to work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've participated 3 times in the biannual festival Performing The World in New York - a terrifically diverse and united gathering of 450+ performance activists from 38 countries. In this environment, new kinds of conversations between and among diverse voices are created: between the academy and grassroots activists; between diverse cultures; between different views on the nature of social transformation and the means of achieving it; among words and movement and touch.
