ABOUT ME

I'm a reader, writer, historian, athlete, junk food connoisseur, and nocturnal being. I love to travel, but I really do hate flying. I love cats, but find dogs quite frightening. I couldn't live without french fries and I am a recent tea convert. I love to laugh, especially at myself.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, in a suburb of Seattle, Washington. I cannot realistically see myself living anywhere else in the world. The pace and general lifestyle, the Evergreen richness, and the constant cover of clouds and rain are as a part of me as anything.

I am going to school in Portland, OR, which has been likened to Seattle in most ways, save that Portland is just a bit smaller.

I am currently traveling and taking part in the CS project for the first time. When I return home, I will definitely participate in any way that I can while I finish up school.

I am currently rereading a classic and favorite of mine, "East of Eden" by John Steinbeck.
