About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To Save the World, or at least make it a little better for a few people. It wouldn't be bad if I had some fun in the process either.
ABOUT ME
I work way too often but am trying to make more time to spend working on my house and hanging out with friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Forget regret or life is yours to miss.
The grass is always greener where the dogs are shitting.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I enjoy meeting new people and sharing stories and experiences. I host because it is enjoyable and with the hope that others will allow me the same generosity in the future.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It is amazing to be able to count on the hospitality of so many other people all over the world. I look forward to stopping in at many other couches in the future.
The vast majority of my surfers have been gracious and wonderful guests. However, I have experienced theft and been forced to evict problem surfers as well. Despite this, I believe in the spirit and ideals of couch surfing and continue to participate.
Interests
I work around 50 hours a week with both of my jobs. In my free time I walk my dog, ride my bicycle, watch netflix and have mostly calm weekday evenings. My weekends may vary from laying in a hammock at home, to going out of town for the weekend, to a local brewery tour, long bicycle ride, house projects, or any new or crazy idea. I also foster/rescue dogs so sometimes there may or may not be extra animals visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Anything with Edward Norton or Gael Garcia Bernal. Foreign & Independent films are always interesting. Otherwise kind of eclectic, City of God, National Lampoon's Vacation, Black Swan, Rent, and lot's more.
Music: 80's and Latin Pop are my usual choices but I listen to all sorts of things.
Books: Lonely Planet. Don't read as often as I would like and tend to get half way through a book and quit but anything by David Sedaris is good.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Performing with The New York Pops at Carnegie Hall.
Skydiving.
Working the American Red Cross Call Center on Sept. 11, 2001.
Leading summer work projects in Mexico.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'll tell ya what I know, you tell me what you know, and that should cover this category right?
What I Can Share with Hosts
A secure house in a good location with a private room and bed. If there is time in my schedule, I would love to show you around town in my car or by bicycle. If not, a calm evening sharing travel stories.
