Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I owe my couchsurfing craze to Shyamasree Bhattacherjee who stays in my neighborhood and invited me over to her house when she was hosting someone. I had the time of my life accompanying her and her guest around Kolkata and Howrah.
Currently I am unable to host because of family constraints but would love to meet up and show places in and around Kolkata. Here's To new friends!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Helped a blind lady cross a busy street on a foreign land.
2) Trekked 22 km in one day in Lonavala because I was in college and was saving up on the auto fares to the sightseeing points
