Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Embrace the world by learning and experiencing every culture I encounter!!
ABOUT ME
Friendly, fun, daring, enthusiastic, basketball addict, bold, easy-going, food junkie, music lover.
I grew up studying IT and Management, spend half of my working life as management consultant focusing in HR, and now I consider myself as half-IT-half-HR person who has a deep interest in psychological studies, general management, strategic thinking, and financial investment (the last one is to keep up with my travelling cost :D)
I prefer to keep a balance between my left and right brain, while versatility and adaptability, I could say, is my greatest asset in living this life.
PHILOSOPHY
Music is my Soul Food.
"There's only one race, Human race." I have a personal belief that all humans are created the same, it's the attitude that makes the difference.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Encountered CS way back in 2010 when I was about to visit Vietnam. Met several great people there during the CS Gathering. I also showed a fellow couchsurfer for a dinner and to see Jakarta during the night..Not much but it's truly memorable.

Interests
Being an ENFP, I have a broad range of interest such as music, playing sports, travelling, etc. Most importantly, it has something to do with people :D I enjoy outdoor activities, since most of my working days I have to stay in the room.
My personal mission is to visit every country in the world, at least once! That would be 3 - 4 holidays a year.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have 40 thousands of mp3 from all over the world, I can't name them one by one :D
On the movie section, I typically enjoy romantic comedy like Friends with Benefit, and the most recent "TED". It's hilarious. I also enjoy medieval/fantasy movies (LOTR is one of the best).
My personal all-time favorite is "As Good As it Gets". I love Jack Nicholson's sarcastic, (in)sensitive character in that movie.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's a socio-culture experiment:
I brought Indonesian version of Jackfruit Chips when I had a short course training back in Chicago. It was an international event, so people came from all over the world, and they got a chance to try Indonesian jackfruit chips!
Took out a hand-held calculator and used it to bargain in the street of Ho Chi Minh (No offense to the Vietnamese, but some of them can't speak English..) It's fun though, ended up we exchanging calculator until we got the agreed price.
Had a fish therapy in Bali, even though I'm not really sure what it does to your body hahaha..
And my latest project : 100 Faces of Melbourne and Sydney. I took 100 picture of strangers I met on those two cities (yes, it has to be stranger) in various background (tourists, street performers, local people, etc) and I have yet to compile it into the story of my journey :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I never consider myself as a teacher, but a knowledge sharer.
I'd love to share a very basic Chinese language, any of my world history knowledge, some of my yoga skill. I would love to learn cooking and any outdoor activities.
