ABOUT ME
Hi,
this profile is going to tell you some facts about a liquorice-loving girl from a Northern European country. No icebears are walking the streets of this land but it does snow during the winter months, this is extremely positive if you – like me – are into wintersports like downhill-skiing and snowboarding. I'd say I'm okay, maybe even good sometimes – I would love to improve my skills in both though.
I do martial arts, judo to be more specific, for fun and as a complement to the gym. (Or maybe it's vice versa?)
As a Personal Trainer I do spend some time in the gym which I love. As much as I enjoy it I respect that many people don't and are always searching for new alternatives or to minimize the time there. I strive for all training/exercise to be fun – feel free to discuss this with me if you disagree.
I also enjoy reading, turning up the volume on my Ipod/radio/CD and singalong or go out for a drink with friends.
I strongly dislike mosquitoes, whiskey and getting up early in the morning. Last thing I always do if necassary.
PHILOSOPHY
I'll get back to you on this one..

Music, Movies, and Books
I've a terrible memory when it comes to the names of movies, artists and songs - even though I enjoy all three subjects. If you have a must-see/hear/read - let me know!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Through scuba-diving I've experienced a world I hardly knew existed, a world so amazing it (according to me) can't be described with words. If you get the opporunity to go scuba-diving I'd absolutely recommend you to. (Please only dive with certified instructors or take a course and get your own certificate!)
Teach, Learn, Share
If you'd like to learn part of the Swedish language or how to make the traditional Swedish chocolate-sticky-cake - I'd be more than happy to help.
Feel free to learn me almost anything you think I need to know!
