Scuba Diving: Everything is quiet and you feel stilled, relaxed and acutely aware of your breathing. Wreck diving is the best kind of diving and there are lots of reasons why I love it. On the well preserved ones, its like flying around the actual wreck and you have complete control of where you go and swimming around in the holds and cabins is other worldly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I have decided to change my life by losing weight, I have lost 35 Kg in less than 40 days that was one of the most amazing things i did ever to be from 130 Kg to be 90 Kg by now.
