Hii I’m Esme , I’m 25 and I’m a vegan chef !

Originally from Italy a studied art and did a professional vegan chef course after which I moved to London . Stayed there two years then moved to Ireland to work with The Happy Pear and then travelled around Italy, a Portugal, the UK and Germany.

I’m currently working as a private vegan chef ( events, festivals, retreats, private parties and recipe development for small businesses).
Now also studying to become a nutritional therapist between London and Italy.
Would love to have my own cafe/ restaurant and collaborating with cool people organising retreats and events.

MORE ABOUT ME

I love art, especially all the big artistic movements of the beginning of the 1900.
I try to travel as consciously as possible, carrying my wooden spoons, bottle and cup and empty jars in case I find a bush of blackberries I can forage… you never know.

This is just e very special place, even though I haven’t used it much , but found my first home through this platform when I moved to the UK;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Have a thing for musicals ( not the Disney ones) and action movies ( marvel ….) . Also love what some of my friends would describe as “weird vibes” movies such as Baby teeth, the Queens Gambit or the Russian doll , kinda thing.

Regarding music I find myself now into , Billie Eilish, Ella Grace, Salt Cathedral, Novo Amor , Aurora and Bon Iver as my current favorites.
Used to read more. Besides cook books and nutrition stuff I haven’t red a proper serius book in months.

Slept under the stars in the Sahara desert for 1 week.
