About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Explore! Adventure! Make new friends and have new experiences!
ABOUT ME
I am 21 years old and am living in Athens, Greece for the spring 2012 semester. Regularly, I live in Los Angeles and attend Occidental College. I am easy-going, adventurous, and crave new experiences. I love to travel, explore, learn and meet new people everywhere I go.
PHILOSOPHY
Learning is not about sitting in a classroom or reading from a text book; it is about meeting new people who have different perspectives and viewpoints, having new and strange experiences, and learning to see yourself the way other people see you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am new to couch surfing but am looking forward to trying for the first time!
Interests
I love cities! I study Urban and Environmental Policy at Occidental College in Los Angeles and I focus on Urban planning and design, so cities are my classrooms. I love to think about and analyze cities while out exploring and love to discuss the intricacies of city life and the way that humans interact with their built environment.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster
“The most important reason for going from one place to another is to see what's in between, and they took great pleasure in doing just that.”
“Time is a gift, given to you, given to give you the time you need, the time you need to have the time of your life. ”
“You may not see it now, but whatever we learn has a purpose and whatever we do affects everything and everyone else, if even in the tiniest way. Why, when a housefly flaps his wings, a breeze goes round the world; whenever you laugh, gladness spreads like the ripples in the pond; and whenever you're sad, no one anywhere can be really happy. And it's much the same thing with knowledge, for whenever you learn something new, the whole world becomes that much richer.”
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently visited Delphi and it was the most beautiful place I have ever been.
