I like being, share, exit, return, walk, ride a bike. just be. Happy to share my smile with the people. Learning how to live my pranic consciousness. My moon is Aquarian, I love meeting new people. My sun is libra, I like to be liked. Happy to give and happy receive.

Who am I?
Joaquín Spinach : For vocation to good eating and generating creativity in the kitchen is being formed as Gourmet Self-taught since his early teens . In 2001 , after two years of vegetarian practice and reading several authors , sites and magazines, decided to become a Vegan . That same year , he becomes a member of Anima activist , animal rights organization , which works with various recipes and activities. During 2005 and 2006 begins the " reign : Travelling Vegetarianism " project, a sort of closed-door restaurant , which migrates from house to house every Saturday night . He graduated in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires , shredded profession exercised their hours devoted to teaching vegan cooking . Since 2008 he teaches at the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires , where he has organized several courses, workshops and lectures. In 2011 , venturing into crudiveganismo , learning from various masters live feed as Gabriel Cousens , mercela Benson, Lathan Aris , Diego Castro, Javier Medelowsky , and several more . Since then he teaches living , vegan and conscious eating , taking a raw power by 80 %.
