I'm 30 years old cashier living in urban Helsinki, in area called Kallio. Kallio is quite bohemian and urban area where you can find cheep beer, cafeterias, vintage shops and urban atmosphere.

I've done quite many kind of stuff during my life: Studied stuff, volunteered a lot in an youth organization, worked in different jobs, lived in very different kind of houses and been involved in activist organizations. Now I feel that I'm in some sort of phase in my life where I've dropped quite many of those things, spending more time of my own and searching what I really want to focus on. I'm interested in a lot of things, and during this year I've been focusing a lot in self care, healthier and more physically active life and reading.

I love hosting travelling people, spend time with them and also show them around in Helsinki. It feels a bit like I would be on a travelling adventure myself when there is a couch surfer around. I like the festive feeling of having a guest and do some activities with them. I also think that meeting people is maybe the best thing about travelling also, so that's why I like to catch up with people via cs when I'm travelling myself.

Reading, social phenomenas, good conversations, giggling and telling awesome (ehm....) jokes, social science, studying, drinking beer, (vegan) food, semi long walks, biking, animal and human rights. Wondering. Love to cook and go to cosy restaurants. I've just started to practice running and would like to add a regular hoop dance in my habits.

Music, for example: l listen mostly Finnish pop and rap. l see from my Spotify that New Order, The Smiths, Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Lykke Li, Björk and some Disney-music can be found from my playlist. When l want to wake up or get some energy l prefer Lady Gaga or Die Antwoord.

Movies: Marjane Satrapi's movies 'Persepolis' and 'Chicken with plums' and Studio Ghibli's animations and French dramas are my favourite. And stuff like 'Control', 'Norwegian wood', 'Blue is the Warmest color' and '500 Days of Summer'.

Books: Finnish authors like Emmi Itäranta, Tove Jansson, Saara Turunen, Pajtim Statovci.

Comic books: Authors like Liv Strömqvist, Marjane Satrapi, Emmi Valve

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Travelled around Europe for few months without many plans or returning ticket. During the trip I volunteered in a caravan collective's organization, in a bear sancturary and former mental hospital turned into a cultural center.

l can teach how to cook basic vegan food! Or some useful phrases in Finnish :P Like "vesihiisi sihisi hississä". ln Helsinki l can show you around, since l've lived there my whole life. Also I would love to do some biking trips together, visit the islands of Helsinki, visit places and cities nearby, go gigs and events.
