HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have moved! I had to downsize...my house comes equipped with a couch. No spare bed or private room. Sorry! I love it when people stay over, and love it when I can collaborate on an amazingly creative meal. The summers are wonderful in Oregon, and I love to get outside as much as possible just about any time of the year. I have hosted and met up with several people now, and would LOVE for the opportunity to surf on some couches elsewhere in the world. One day...one day.

Living in Oregon has changed the way I view how I should spend my time. I feel that I need to experience as much of the outdoors as possible.
Some of my interests include gardening, art (mixed media, painting, sculpture, preformed), music, the outdoors, swimming, skiing, people, and food.

Being born in Alaska did amazing things for my outlook on life. I learned to develop an interest in diverse cultures and living from what the land can provide for you, without taking too much.

I have a fairly extensive Health Education...you can come to me for questions and I can guide you in the right direction for a resource that's right for you. Also, I love to talk about gardening, as I am an "intermediate" gardener, and have lots to share, and lots to learn. I don't like to brag, but I'm a pretty darn good cook. Want to share a recipe?
