I am a video editor living in México city I am originally from Xalapa, Veracruz. I like to travel even tho I haven't been able to do it a lot because of work but now and then I try to know my country. I heard about couch surfing a while a go (I think 2009) but I have never used it (I really don't know why). I decided to join to host people and get to know about other places through people's experiences. If you are reading my profile come and visit!!! I know there's a lot of host in Mexico City but try with me! Haha I really want to somebody stays here (there's not much space but sure there is a couch).

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

While hitchhiking trough Chiapas with 3 of my best friends (for the first time, I was 18), right in the middle of the jungle a "mama van" stopped and a lady around 35 years old opened the door and asked us to get in, we didn't think twice and we got in. She was very friendly and told us to stay at her place (she was traveling with her 6 year old daughter) and if we couldn't stay with her, we could find her at couch surfing. That was the first time I heard about it but what shocked me the most was her kindness to 4 strangers so I thought would be a good idea to look up for couch surfing. Even tho it took me a while to join in.
