My name is Esteban, I turned 21 yesterday, I´m interested in travelling around the world. I´ve done an exchange program through an association called AFS (American Field Service) when I was 16 years old, this experiece was about me living in Germany for 6 months going to school everyday like a normal teenager. That´s the way I learnt some german, just by listening to it everyday.
I am also part of the Scouts Association since I was eleven, and I am currentely working in a Scout Activity Center near London as a volunteer, this means doing some of the maintence work on site and also running some of the activities as an instructor, I am particularly dedicated to climbing activities and as a personal leader for some of the groups that stay on site.
After I finish my experience over here my plan is to come back to Argentina to keep studying law in the university.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Well, I´ve got some reasons, to begin with, saving money while traveling is really really useful, and couchsurfing is a way of doing that. Another reason, I´ve done coachsurfing with a friend through her account and it was amazing, people in this network is simply amazing. The main reason for me joining Couchsurfing is this big trip that I am planning to do with my mother.
She retired this year and she is gonna join me by the end of my experience here (around 1st of november), we are planning to do a road trip together for a month, she is never been in Europe before, so my plan is to drive for her and to provide her the best experience ever as a gift in return for everything she has done for me.
For this I believe Couchsurfing is exactely what I am looking for.

音乐、电影和书籍

About music, I am usually listening to Argentinean rock, in spanish, I am also very open to other kind of music, but if I have to choose I would definetely go for Argentinean rock.
Movies, I would say comedies or romantic comedies are my choice, I am not the kind of person for horror movies although lately I find myself giving them a second chance.
Regarding books, I started reading for real last year with a saga of books from Isaac Asimov, after that I set Game of Thrones as an objective, and I am in Game of Thrones book number 4.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think the craziest I´ve done was my exchange program, I was just 14 when I decided to go for it, and I finally got it when I was 16.
Can you imagine that, only 16 years old, and I couldn´t speak one word of german, I learnt it the hardway.
I guess I was insane when I did that, I definetelly wouldn´t do it again, at least not the same way.
That´s the reason for me coming to england to work as a volunteer, at least this time I can speak the language.

I could probably share food, I think that´s one of the main things that I love about Argentina, our food is amazing, I don´t know if I would be able to recreate the same food, but I´d do my best.
I can share music for sure, we do have a lot of amazing music in spanish.
And I´m learning to play the guitar so if you can provide me any help with that it would be amazing.
