Hello there! I'm Esteban. I'm originally from a little country town called Machalí, located about hundred kilometres south of Santiago de Chile in the region of Libertador B. O'Higgins.

I moved to Australia in the end of 2015, been living there and wandering around the world a little bit ever since. Currently visited a bunch of places aiming to experience the country instead of staying as a tourist. The destinations have been mostly in South East Asia and Europe, this time travelling around Europe for the second time I would love to do it the same way.

I would describe myself as a pretty laid back guy who like to go out and meet new people, also like to go and enjoy a nice night out, either clubbing or festivals I enjoy both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to meet new people and share life’s experiences, and also because I've been traveler too and is always nice to have a hand or somebody to hang out with. Meeting people who share the same interests into travelling has been really interesting and enriching that I love to surround myself with likeminded travellers, I'm a newbie! but very enthusiastic about sharing a lil bit of my trips and getaways.

Been on the road for about two and a half years now, discovering the world had turned myself into a very curious person, a big part of my interests now is to keep myself on the road traveling the world. More than just visiting places I try to get the most off them attending festivals, parties, shows, parades and all involving going to places where people congregate and share a good time.

Really passionate about music, every genre is welcome specially, classic, rock and techno & house.

Enjoy watching work from Sci-fi directors such as Christopher Nolan, Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, James Cameron, Bryan Singer, Zack Snyder among others. Also crazy about the MCU, like pretty much every man nowadays lol.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While being part of the Chilean Air Force (Military) did many exciting stuff such as tactical flights, shooting weapons, fixing fight aircraft (F-16).

Teach, Learn, Share

I’ve been learning English for about 9 years, so I believe I can teach a lil bit of Spanish depending on what level are you on.
I can teach how to make some Chilean typical cocktails.
I can share a lot of useful information about my country also, have visited a big part of it within the last couple of years.
