Overview
About Me
I'm a curious being, and I have a passion for documentary media, sharing stories to the world, and learning about the world we live in. I am in love with the ocean, and enjoy hiking/climbing mountains just so I can enjoy a splendid viewpoint making me feel small in the world. I often feel like I'm in a race against time, yet I suppose that's what sustains my drive + ambition.
After spending my 20s traveling and living abroad, I have spent the last 10 years raising a beautiful family with my husband in Rawdon, Quebec. I have a daughter named Sofia, and a son named Jacob.
I value respect, understanding, and honesty.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There's something about meeting people from different walks of life; so much to share, so much to learn, so much to discuss and experience.
In September 2009, I came back from a life-changing experience as I traveled throughout Europe for 10 weeks, couchsurfing the entire time. All of my hosts, though they differed so much personality-wise, were amazing, generous, kind, and very empathetic. An experience I'll cherish forever. Since then, I have been doing my best to host as much as I can.
