Nice people makes me happy. My original home is in the mountains up in the far north. I like to travel mostly because of the nice people I get to meet and cultures that makes me challenge my own view of the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I lived one year on the Island of Cyprus and realized that just by being in a country doesn't necessarily mean that you experienced the country. It's the people you meet that matters. In the homes, with the food and culture of theirs.

Erlend Loe, maybe best author ever. I read the Bible, like Pauls letters to Titus. I also read Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, as I am politically active in Sweden he gives me good perspective on the far ends of politics. Currently reading Either/or by Søren Kierkegaard and it is changing me. Movies I like are; Harold and Maude, 400 Blows, Roma, 8&1/2, actually any Fellini film, also Taxi driver, Bagdad café, recently I saw Wes Andersons The grand Budapest hotel, and realized I really like Wes Anderson.
