About Me

Hello there ! I've been travelling around South Africa while studying there about tree years ago, I then explored different countries as a journalist and I am momentarily back in Paris – with a couch to offer ! I am willing to share beers, laughts and stories with people along their way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a found of Gaël Faye, his music as much as his writtings - he is such a poet and huge performer as well. One of my dream would actually be to interview him !
I am quite open to many different music styles. Been raised listening to The Police, U2, Telephone (Cendrillon is actually one of the only song I can still play to the guitar which I practiced for 7 years and miserabiliy abandonned at the age of 14).
I then had my french songs period, and you probably don't know about them cause I'm not only talking about Gainsbourg or Piaff but rather about bands such as Les Ogres de Barback.
Recently introduced to rap by my friends and colleagues who made me an addict to artists such as Romeo Elvis and Angele, Lomepal, Gael Faye that I mentioned at the top of this section... And my boyfriend being a jazz drummer, I try to get myself into it even though I struggle to differentiate the standards.
But then, you could also find me on an electro dancefloor or in front of a karaoke singing Disney songs. Quite diverse huh ?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if I should mention this time I got stuck at the border between South Africa and Botswana, this other time when I had to make myself sanitary pads out of my towel cause I got my period a way too early and was stuck in Senegalese country side, or the 2 days I spent looking for my luggage I forgot on a train in Ireland ?

I promise, I have also much better experiences to tell you about !

Teach, Learn, Share

I am willing to teach you how to make the best chocolate mouss ever if you teach me your very own favorite or more local dish, what about that ?

I can also teach some French ! But do not expect me to teach you about wine just cause I'm a Frenchy, I love to drink it but am not very gifted to recognise what it is or where it comes from.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Most importantly I want to share stories and collect others from you !
