Hi! I'm Esther. I'm a student from the Netherlands. I combine two studies: educational sciences and to really be a teacher at middle school. It is also called IPGCE (Post-Graduate Certificate in Education). As you see, I really like children ;). I study in the most beautiful city of Holland, Amsterdam.

I live with one friend of mine, so it's kind of luxe that we share the kitchen and bathroom with only two of us.
My parents and three little sisters live in Houten, what's nearby Utrecht. My boyfriend lives in Utrecht. The train is my best friend to see the people I love ;).

Enthusiastic, cheerful, optimistic and a hard worker are words that describe me well. To be with people (I like) is a thing I really enjoy. But sometimes I can really enjoy to do nothing but sit on the couch.

A friend of mine told his ecperience with couchsurfing and made me enthousiastic for it. As I said, being with people is what I like and to get to know new people.
So I want to try it myself.

I like to dance, modern dance. Beside that I like my job, I work in a restaurant. I like Amsterdam. Shopping (although I don't have a lot of money as a student). Being with my family. And my boyfriend off course.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Go to Swaziland, in South Africa. I worked there for 2 weeks. Visiting poor families, work on the land (with old-fashioned pickaxes ;)), play with children and a lot more. It was a wonderful and special experience!
