About Me

Hey guys!

I am trying to dedicate as much time as possible to traveling. I believe that the cliché saying that you can find on any travel-website is true: traveling is one of the few things that you spend money on and still get richer from.
I am an easy guest, clean (German after all haha) and most of the time out of the house exploring the area. Maybe we could explore together or catch dinner or have a coffee? To me that's the value of couchsurfing - getting to know people from different cultures and getting an insight in how locals live and think (and drink).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to see the city from the view of a local. There is no better way to experience a place than just go with recommendations. On my Asia solo trip I ditched the travel guide and relied on other travelers' recommendations. Best thing ever.
Also I want to learn about other travelers stories, learn basic chunks of language and build a network of friends in this world.

Interests

I am interested in languages, traveling, dancing the night away, law (yes that is nerdy haha) and just enjoying life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Electronic music for dancing. But I'll listen to almost everything except for a couple genres ;)
Favorite book is too hard to pick. Though I must say that Harry Potter was a big part of growing up ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo backpack trip through South East Asia.
Also living abroad in the US and in Spain were pretty amazing. But I guess this year the Netherlands went on the top of the list of my fave countries

Teach, Learn, Share

I can talk a lot (could actually finish the sentence here haha) about my travels. All of my money and free time I spend on seeing as much as I can. I have lived in 4 countries so far and don't skip any opportunities for adventure! Also I can teach you some fun facts ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer hosts a lot of conversations, fun stories and show that Germans aren't boring (even though we do seem to have that reputation)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United States
