I am a student in Wageningen and I study international development studies. That's why I am interested in traveling and meeting new people of different cultures. Besides studying, I am running, playing flute (student orchestra) and member of a student association. I just finished my erasmus in Istanbul and I want to see more beautiful places and people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing since I like traveling but I think you see the best things when you meet local people. Besides traveling is only fun when I meet new people. That's why it is hard to leave places behind because you also leave people behind. All sentimental stuff, but hey I just finished erasmus in Istanbul and had to leave now so I better find new cool people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a diving course in Thailand and explored the underwater world. Just when I got certificated I went snorkling with a friend of mine and we saw a giant Turtle, a small turtle and a shark! It was stunning to see the animals moving around and be able to observe them.

With a friend of mine we went from Chiang mai to Pai by motorbike. Never rode a motorbike in my life but we just got the bikes and went for about 200km through stunning mountains and nature.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food and I don't mind helping with cleaning up things :)
Actually I normally get paid for it so I am quite effective in cleaning things
