Overview
About Me
I love breakfast. Breakfast is life. At noon.
Since I am working with sound almost every day, I like to look for silence while traveling. That doesn't mean I don't like to throw a party now and then (wait until you see me dance), but I'm definitely not a party traveler. I'd like to call myself a nature lover (a bit scared of spiders, but working on it): I'm really reviving during hiking (don't expect too much of my physical capacities tho).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't feel the urge to see all the buildings that are the most beautiful or important according to the tourist information center. Just tell me your favourite spots. Bring me to the places where you like to hang out with your friends or where you like to listen to the silence of the city. In general I just like to enjoy the small things.
Interests
Let's say I'm a curious person. I like to learn new things and enjoy talking about anything. I'm not saying there are no subjects I'm feeling more attracted to, but I like to keep my 'mind open' ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books
I can appreciate (almost) every style of music (I'm working as a broadcaster, I have to), but these genres I put on at home myself: jungle, drum and bass, dub, oldschool dubstep, crossover, experimental, new wave, halfstep, hiphop, reggae, new age, ambient, soundtracks...
I've been living without a television for 7 years, so I don't watch movies or series that much. My friends often ask me, "What the fuck are you doing all day if you don't watch any movies or series?!" Well, I have no idea. Sleeping maybe? However, I do like to watch psychological thrillers and documentaries.
My last readings were about global warming. Let's say I love to read horror.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2014 I made a roadtrip through Europe. Together with a friend I visited 19 countries in 31 days. A pretty good achievement, though I say it. But to be honest, not recommendable to do so many countries in that time span, haha. From then on I'm trying to take more time to immerse myself in the culture of a country.
