About Me

I'm 28, recently retired from bike-traveling ! (I'm joking, too young to be retired !) Meeting people during my trips has been the most rewarding thing I've ever experienced. Now I'm more willing to settle down, and hosting people will help my mind to keep traveling !

PHILOSOPHY

Slowly but surely.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For many years, I've been enjoying the couchsurfing project by being hosted. It's always been hard for me to welcome somebody because I've never been living in a place that was really mine... I hope that it won't be the case anymore !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered couchsurfing in summer 2007 when I decided to travel in Scotland with a friend ; we had very good times there ! Since then, a couple of very nice couchsurfing experiences in France.

In France and in the UK, while I was traveling, I've been hosted by people who didn't know a thing about the CS project. They were just generous and gave me their trust at first sight. That's how people should be everytime with everybody !

Interests

Everything about responsible fooding (particularly slow food) and living in harmony with what's around me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling from Besancon (France) to Scotland from april to july 2012. Who said that it's always pouring with rain in Scotland ?

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't pretend to have some precise knowledge ! But I think that I could be helpful if you want to know a few tips about french cooking or bike-repairing.

After my farming experiences, I'd be glad to talk about how to grow food sustainably and how to help peasants to do it (for example how to help them to build their own machines, which is my current job).

I can teach you hox to work the iron : cuting, drilling and welding is part of my job !

Anyway, I'm very curious and ready to share anything with anybody !

Countries I’ve Visited

Denmark, Tunisia, United Kingdom
