I'm a very curious girl, I love travelling and reading. I study Literature and I'm learning German. I've been trying to learn it for more than four years but I still can't really talk in a "human" way (when I try to speak German I actually look like a weird robot). In fact, I know this is going to change soon! Germany is my next destination, and I'm totally sure you're going to help me with the language.
Sometimes I can be a bit quiet and shy with people I don't know, but it's only because I'm an observative person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been travelling several times in Spain by my own but this is my first time doing it abroad. I'm in Couchsurfing because some friends told me I can find amazing people here, and amazing people are my third favourite thing in the world (after food and books).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love every kind of music, but right now I'm more on latin music and danceable songs!
Apart from it, I like Bob Dylan, The Eagles, The Police, The Rolling Stones, SOAD, Vivaldi, The Cranberries and groups from Spain and France like La Rue Kétanou or Txarango.
My favorites are those which talk about political issues or that make me think. In fact, I'm always thinking, thinking and thinking, no matter when, where or what about.

Unfortunately, I can't say I'm a big fan of movies. I've always prefered books and I know this has a dark side: I have no cinema culture and for me it's difficult to understand some movies. But in the other hand, I love theatre, concerts and all kind of shows with "real people" (but no animals, please!!)

If I have to tell you about my favourite books... I think I would never end. I love Émile Zola and Muriel Barbery, Simone de Beauvoir, García Márquez, Emma Cline and Alice Munro. As I said with music, I love books that make me think, but strangely (or maybe it's not that strange) some of the books that have more marked me are the ones I read when I was a little girl, like Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, The Chronicles of Narnia or Uglies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Walking next to a river watching the sunrise reflected in the water while singing with a group of unknown people that some days after had become some really good friends.

- Walking alone in a city I didn't know and enjoying the feeling of having no idea what is going to happen, where I'm going to sleep or what I'm going to do.

- Jumping from an 16m high cliff to the sea.

- Swimming naked in the ocean.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to know everything you can tell me about the city I'm going to (nice places to visit, things to do, monuments to see...). Travelling is a better experience when you can look around through the eyes of someone who loves the place you're in.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't like misunderstoods, something else you have to know about me is that I'm in a monogamous relationship but... I can share with you my awesome soja's hamburguer recipe!! Yes, I'm a vegetarian!
I can also teach you some Spanish or French, or talk about literature and books. I can tell you about the culture from the place that I'm from and you can tell me about yours. I love sharing and learning, I really enjoy some deep conversation but I'm also passionate about the weather, fashion, TV shows and all these "lift conversations" ;)
