About Me
Hi, my names Etay and heres a bit about myself.
In February of 2018 ill begin studying engineering and finance at the Australian National University.
My hobbies include Rugby (which I play back home in Sydney), Football (soccer), history, and movies, in addition to this I love hiking and exploring nature!
During the summer of 2017 I worked in a summer camp in the USA, which I've learnt a lot from.
Between May and December of 2017 I've been backpacking throughout the US and Europe, I absolutely learning and experiencing new cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im on couchsurfing because the best way to learn about a place is to live like or with a local, and that is what couchsurfing enables you to do.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to almost every type of music, ranging from celtic to jazz to rap, however I especially like folk music.
My favourite book is the great Gatsby, while my favourite film is the original shrek.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing that ive done is go to poland and travel through all the camps and ghettos there.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with hosts my experiences and knowledge about south east asian culture, along with that of Israeli and Australian culture. In addition to this, I am more than willing to cook!
I can also offer my hosts beer and history lessons/discussions!
