Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After a few awesome experiences, currently spreading the gospel of Couch Surfing.
Now mostly meeting up with local surfers in KC but sharing whenever I get the chance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Too many great experiences to be specific. What I really love is meeting new people, relating to them, sharing and having a good time. It seems that all of this would not be possible or certainly not as accessible without CouchSurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

By no means is this comprehensive, but lately:
*Just watched The Godfather for the first time, Awesome, still confused by Mulholland Drive, and Inception was actually thoughtful... also kinda on a documentary kick
*Really liking Amos Lee... but enjoy many genres
*Killing Sacred Cows - Life/Financial book, has nothing to do with Hinduism, basically talks about Freedom, Responsibility, not having a "Follow the herd" mentality, being a Producer more then a Consumer... The first two chapters are online in their entirety at killingsacredcows.com - no, I do not get a commission from them =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most amazing story occurs in Alsace, France with a Frenchman and four Swedes. I'll tell you the story sometime...

Teach, Learn, Share

-Beer, Wine, Spirits - I've visited Breweries, Wineries, and Distilleries around the world and have worked in the industry for the better part of ten years and am always happy to learn more and teach those who ask!
-New to travel? Other than exchanging stories, I'd be happy to suggest helpful hints and always interested to learn something new.

Countries I’ve Visited

Antarctica, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, United Kingdom, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In
