Why I’m on Couchsurfing
UPDATE: I’m trying to catch the island vibe and keep my remote position in the same time zone :) sick of toxic land lord vibes too- planning on leaving the mainland April - in the mean time I’d love to hang out - meet cool people and NOT sign another lease. I can’t leave until April - that being said I’d like to venture prior to my departure - I’m a remote health IT worker - I also volunteer at the Red Cross - tell me if you’re keen to meet and spend a few days together - Mindful of COVID of course( but that’s another story)... pleasure!
I am participating because I think this is a wonderful project. Having couch surfed across the US myself, I have only met awesome people through this and want to reciprocate all that I can as I travel and host. I have a lot to share and a lot to learn.
I was hosted in New Orleans, Louisiana for 4th of July had a great night! Met a very impressive southern gentleman in Mobile, Alabama for a night. Finally stayed in Tampa for a night...great time!
