Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i joined CS three years ago and look forward to contributing to this community, any way i can, over the years. i can offer a coffee/drink/tour/couch and help any travellers passing through toronto or any of the places i have visited.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have hosted more than i surfed so far, but both have been great. i have become more active in groups and meetings since embarking on my south-east asian adventure. all members have been open, receptive and helpful. not a single negative experience in three years.

music is magic. world, ethno, rock, indie, soul, brass, jazz, blues, folk, classical, opera and on and on and on. i love film and cartoons, autobiographies, current affairs, history and fiction

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spent time in the desert with bedouin tribes, waited for sunrise in the ocean, witnessed a birth, lived off one third of a can of beans for two weeks, etc. etc. the one thing that continually amazes me is people, and some of their stories. life.
