I'm an adventurous person that loves to explore new places and meet new people. I'm currently studying for a math PhD in the US. I'm very lucky that this has given me a lot of opportunities to travel. I didn't get to travel much growing up, so I'm happy to make up for the lost time now!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend told me that this is an amazing way to meet new people and experience a city on the real level (instead of just as a tourist visiting the big name places). I think the world is a much nicer place when you get to experience it with others.
And I can't lie: it also helps that I'm on a student budget and that Couchsurfing is cheaper than a hotel!
