I'm new to couchsurfing but I'm traveling the world and ready to meet and experience new people and their culture! I love good food, good drink, good music (I was a jazz and blues musician in the USA) and good conversation. People say I'm the friendliest American they have ever met!

Music, Movies, and Books

All music is wonderful but I really love old blues. My favorite book is Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruis Zafon but I love most literature in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've taught English to teenagers from the CR, Slovakia, and Poland. That was one of the most amazing and fulfilling experiences I've ever had.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic music knowledge (specifically theory or trumpet playing). I'm also a pretty capable chef and gardener. I can also juggle and love card tricks! I like to share and learn new card tricks a lot! I would love to learn your native language (at least the basics) and whatever else you want to teach me. I'm willing to share any and all things!
