Grew up a little bit outside of Detroit, and I´ve been travelling for about a year and a half now. Started in Thailand and Cambodia, had a great year in Australia, and
I´m now traveling Europe for a few months before finally heading home to continue studying, most likely psychology.

I obviously love travelling, and meeting new people. I´m very open-minded and love to go out and take in the feel of wherever I am. More than the actual places I travel to I tend to find people more interesting and really enjoy having good conversations over a beer or a coffee, whether that be out at a bar or at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I love the hostel life, it can have certain downfalls like getting stuck in the constant party some hostels try to keep going, and while I can get down as much as the next guy, I find it´s not always the best atmosphere to get caught in when you´re trying to get into the atmosphere of a new city.
Couchsurfing is perfect for this as instead of meeting fellow strangers at a hostel,
I´d get to stay with someone who knows the city and can share some good tips and maybe even show me around and we can have a good time :)
