I am an adventurer at heart that takes 9 months of the year to try to inspire youth in the classroom and gym to do the same.

Adventuring accomplishments:
Visited 28 countries.
Lived, worked, traveled in SE Asia for 7 months.
Bike toured 1,000 miles around Lake Michigan.
Bike toured 1,900 miles down the Pacific Coast.
Bike toured 3,200 miles across the USA to raise money for transitional housing.
Hiked the Inca Trail.
Spent a week in the Galapagos.
