Hi there. I‘m Ethan from Guangzhou,China. Have been living in this city since I was born but never get bored with its food and beautifulness.

I have hosted more than 10 CSer since 2008, some of them become my forever friends and still keeping in touch. Since my boy join our family in 2015, I'm no longer able to provide couch for CSer because his toys occupied 70% of the living room, but I am still loving meeting people from different places around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made a 3 months trip from Guangzhou - Tibet - Nepal - India - Thailand - Guangzhou in 2009. The original purpose using Couchsurfing was to get some positive references so I could have bigger chance to find a host, in another word, the trip was on tight budget. The experience combining both the trip and Couchsurfing is the most amazing thing I've ever had so far.
