CURRENT MISSION
Traveling the USA by train. Originally from New Hampshire, I live in the French Alps now where I am a church organist and music student. I am back for the summer visiting family and friends, and exploring some new places along the way, including some hikes out west.

ABOUT ME
I have created my life with few commitments and financial obligations so that I am somewhat free and able to pursue spontaneous whims and personal projects. I am passionate about hiking, photography, film, mountain sports, music and pipe organs, literature, and travel. I like to meet new people from all walks of life, and I enjoy learning others’ perspectives on life, philosophy, religion, politics, etc.

If I have a place, I can host. If I'm on the move, I prefer to surf so I can meet locals and get the inside scoop.

I am quite content just to be out in nature, the wilder the better, the quieter the better, with a preference for mountains and forests. I like to explore cities and towns from time to time, especially curious to hear and play new pipe organs.

i can teach you how to use your camera, i can help with French and English, I can show you a few things on the piano, or a few things in the kitchen. I can tell you all about hiking and navigating, especially in the Alps and the Pyrénées. I can teach you how to pack light. I can give you many tips about hitchhiking. I can explain how a pipe organ works
