ABOUT ME
For me, traveling is like eating dessert. That will always be fun, sweet, but you'd never get enough of it although you're getting fat, haha. And yeah, I really love eating chocolate, dessert, and ice cream.
I was born and raised in a city in Indonesia named Yogyakarta that everyone would fall in love with its strong culture, creativity, as well as the sincere-hearted smiley people. Then I moved to the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta and had been there for 7 years. Both Jakarta and Yogyakarta have their own 'plus' and 'minus' and what I do is to absorb the only good things that nourish me into better individual. And now I live in Aarhus, Denmark, has completed my Master's and now I work. Of course the life and culture in Denmark are absolutely different with what I had in Indonesia, but I'm enjoying it.
I'm a person who always seeks out for tons of great inspiration. I summon creativity while I also strive for an equal treatment of humanity. I simply fall in love to see beaches, sea creatures, beautiful lights, and colorful art works. Keen to explore new things and enjoy meeting new people / communities.
I travel to explore and to absorb, not just to have fun, although if you observe my photos taken in beaches, I look like so happy and prettier, lol. I mean, I'm a type of person who enjoys meaningful journey with meaningful cultural understanding, meaningful conversation in order to build meaningful connection. Well, my past occupation was dealing with those anthropological stuff, so I can say that I'm pretty good to unseal the muted voices of agenda/emotion. However, I will always be keen to have fun and enjoy meeting up with any kind of people/travelers because I believe that every meet up that we create with people has been destined with a purpose that we'd never know :)
In addition, I'm an honest and trustworthy person, so I can tell you the most important info and insights about places, culture, or humans' behavior that anyone won't think if it's actually important to discuss about that. Well yeah, my past occupation was also dealing to make little important stuff that people less care about becomes really important, but I do that with honesty, novelty, and heart.
I'm 100% Indonesian but when I travel abroad, people won't notice if I'm actually Indonesian; even in my own hometown, local people there once thought if I were foreigners when I walked together with foreigners, lol.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the change you want to see in this world.

Music, Movies, and Books
James Arthur, Birdy! I also love listening to some heavy sexy voices in song like Gavin DeGraw, Howie Day, and Rob Thomas. However, lately I just fell in love with Joe Brooks and Lewis Watson (British Indie singers).
I love action movies, comedy, romantic comedy, and even horror ones (but I always cover my eyes when that ghosts or blood come out). Some movies that impressed me : Avatar, One Day, Transformers, Notting Hill.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Snorkeled with the whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu while my snorkeling gear was broken, and I swallowed the salty sea water as a result.
Saw the pink dolphins in their real habitat in Tai O, Hong Kong jumping around for more than three times.
Involved to be one of World Heritage Volunteers in Borobudur Temple where surprisingly local students thought if I were foreigner.
Bought flight tickets to Bali from Jakarta round trip for just USD 7 (I bet no one ever got the lower fare than that). Also got my flight tickets from Jakarta-Manila-Cebu-Clark-Hong Kong-Clark-Jakarta for less than USD 200.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can cook Indonesian or Asian dishes (or fusion Asian + Western dishes with my own recipe) and so far everyone who tasted it said that it was really yummy :p I can also teach you Indonesian or even Javanese language if you'd love to. I used to be Indonesian tutor for adult expats, and English tutor for Indonesian kids. Although I'm not that good in traditional dancing or traditional food cooking, I'm very good at understanding Indonesian insights. So if you consider to come to Indonesia, I'd love to share this to you since I've lived in two areas in Indonesia where the cultural and sociological things are 180 degree in contrast.
I love learning new languages. Currently I'm learning Danish and Swedish. Anyway I can write and read four types of Alphabets / writings :)
