ABOUT ME

Hey! Try to hike or swim or mountain bike or rock climb every day, or at least make it to the gym. I balance this with working on my online business and marketing for direct sales. Try to always continue my spiritual growth and push my body to reach new physical abilities. I've lived in Japan for more than 2 yrs and moved around a lot in the last 5 yrs. Love cooking, massage, tea, and everything else life has to offer. Not really a TV guy, but I do enjoy a good movie.
