I am very curious, about a lot of various subjects: history, movies, physic, books, astronomy, music… It is simple: discovering or learning new things makes me happy! Of course, this includes discovering new countries, new cultures, that is why I want to travel!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

With my wife (her profile: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/laure-chollet), we travelled 5 month accross Asia in 2016, in Russia, Mongolia, China, Phillippines and Indonesia. And the people we met with couchsurfing were amazing!
So now that we are back in France, we want to host people!
We want to discover new peoples, new countries, new cultures, maybe (I hope!) new friends! To share our time with people who want to share their time, to show you French culture, food or music, and to discover yours!

as i said, i love to discover new things! But i also like to talk with friends during hours, to prepare and eat a good meal, to help people (I worked 2years in NGO)…

I like almost every kind of movies, humoristic, action, tragedy, sf… For exemple i loved Fight Club, Matrix, The Hangover, Schindler's List, The Avengers… But the best for me are Star Wars movies!

I also read a lot, usually SF or fantasy, like my favorite writer Terry Pratchett, or the great Isaac Asimov.

I took a train between 2 Russian cities during 40h
I went in a Russian bania
I travelled during 17 days in the Gobi desert with only 3 showers
I walked on the chinese Great Wall
I snorkeled with turtles in Philippines
I went on and in volcanos in Indonesia
