Music, Movies, and Books
I currently love Call Me By Your Name by Luca Guadanino, Death in Venice by Luchino Visconti. I Heart Huckabees and Darjeeling Limited make me laugh!
Invisible Cities is my favorite by Italo Calvino. I feel like I am understanding him better after traveling through Italy :)
I also love Hesse, Rilke, Richard Brautigan, so much poetry
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Winter caretaker at Goldmyer Hotsprings with my partner: six months living "off the grid" miles and miles away from any road with 700-year-old trees in a one room cedar cabin with a woodstove. Living near water so pure I could kneel down on my hands and knees and drink directly from the creek. There's nothing like a hillside covered in snowy evergreen trees, using water to give light.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach meditation (I used to live at a zen monastery) and wilderness and ancestral skills. I love learning and sharing the cultural, culinary and medicinal uses of plants
I also love animals and am very happy to take your dog for a walk 😍
What I Can Share with Hosts
Meditation, a poem, joy, pet care
I’m a pretty good cook too :)
