Hi! I'm Etta. I'm currently studying history, focussing on the Middle East. Hopefully I will be moving there within the year too. I love learning about other cultures and in between studying I'm trying to see as much of the world as possible, hoping to meet awesome people.

Currently I have no couch available at my house, but feel free to ask. I will always try to make something work. For the rest I'm always available for a drink and suggestions!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few people, surfed for the first time this summer. It's all been great!

Music wise I pretty much listen to everything, but my absolute all time favorite song is Alane by Wes. Don't worry though, I can use headphones
My absolute all time favorite movie is Ice Age. I'm sorry :) I also really like the Day of the Jackall - watch it!
Besides all the history books I have to read I love Philippe Claudel

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would have to say Fez, Morocco at 03.15 in the morning on the roof of our hostel, during Ramadan. 1000 stars in the sky and the entire city was empty, then the mosks started calling
