Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After travelling quite a bit and having met various interesting people along the way, in the form of seatmates onboard trains/planes, AirBnb hosts or servers in cafes/restaurants, I'd like to take a step further by meeting like-minded people in a more engaging and personal setting, so I thought Couchsurfing would serve as a suitable platform for us to connect!

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally, films by Sam Medes, and/or with a soundtrack by Thomas Newman or Alan Silvestri, tend to resonate with me a lot :) I enjoy classical music, piano, light jazz as well as cinematic tracks. Used to play the saxophone in a symphonic band too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled across China by train from the southernmost train station (Sanya) to the northernmost train station (Mohe) during the winter - a wild idea I've always had since I was a teenager and managed to realise!

Teach, Learn, Share

As English is my native, I‘d be more than happy to practise it with those (non-native speakers) who‘d like to! I could also converse fluently in Chinese too, if anyone is interested in the language! I’m also learning German (around A2 level)
