About Me

Still looking for my place in the world)
Not sure I'm that brightly living person as most of the Couchsurfing users are like to be, but meeting right people gives me an energy to find and show unexpected sides of myself.

Some time ago I was fond of making music and playing guitar, now spend my time on cycling. Not sure that this interest will last for a long time, but I have huge plans about this)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the most interesting questions for me have always been "Why are 'They' so different from 'Us'?" People from different countries I mean:) What is the difference between us and is it really exist?
This is the way to know more people and maybe find out something new about myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different styles of music, and with a time going styles become more different. Everything starts from Linkin Park and nu-metal bands, and now comes to D'n'B, deep house, blues, and I don't even know names of the other styles. Riding a bycicle sometimes listen to classical music, and after a bad working day like to play "Krovostok" - you'd better not to know what it is:) Oh, and Rammstein is forever.
I'm not a big fan of movies, but know a couple of good films. Like to watch Inception by Nolan, 99 franks, K-PAX. Yes, this means I have watched them several times and will watch again)
Reading takes a big part of my life. Like books by Dostoevsky, Dreiser, R.P. Warren, J. London and others. Favorite books are Crime and Punishment, Idiot, The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. The last good book is Vipers' Tangle by Mauriac. Now trying to read A Study of History by Toynbee, but not sure to get the end of it)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The last big thing I remember - I go on a bike to another city. It was hard but I want more)

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can tell you about a big power generation in Russia and something about related business. Economics in Russia is quite an interesting thing)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell and I can listen:) And almost always I have lots of questions:)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom
