Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and meeting new people. I've just joined Couchsurfing and I think it could be an incredibly interesting instrument to discover a new way of travelling: it allows to visit other countries not only admiring their artistical beauties, but also understanding their culture, living with native people and experiencing their daily life. Furthermore, last year I left high school, at university I don't study English anymore and I think that hosting and being hosted could be a good way to keep trained.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like watching movies and documentaries about history, actuality or science. Two of the movies I like the most are "Good Bye Lenin" by Wolfgang Becker and "The Salt of the Hearth" by Wim Wenders and Juliano Ribeiro Salgado. I am also addicted to the saga about Peppone and Don Camillo, inspired to the novels written by Giovannino Guareschi. Sometimes, I also like watching cartoons!
I love reading both essays and novels, some of the authors I like the most are Charles Dickens, John Steinbeck, Marguerite Yourcenar and Chaim Potok.
