Hello, I'm Eunjung.
I am working as a designer in Seoul, Korea.
I enjoy to meet people and listen to them.

On this June to July, 2019. I go Europe (Vienna, Praha, Germany, Italy, France and UK!)
I am very excited to see gorgeous scenery, great art works and old architects.
Also, I am looking for catching up old friends and meeting new friends in there.
It would be a wonderful moment of my life :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

One of my closest friend, Heyjun, is a travel lover and a host of Couchsurfing. So I could meet good friends who stayed in her house. Sometimes I hang out with her guests or stay in her house together and it is quite a nice experience for me. Everyone has their unique stories and I am just happy to listen their life. Having time with someone from other culture allows me to reflect my thinking (especially stereotype.) or encourages dreaming to do something makes me happy or feel like being me. Couchsurfers inspire me. That is why I am here.

兴趣

I really enjoy to see beautiful scenery, walk around in nature and it is perfect to have slow conversation in that environment.

I like listening to people's story.
Everyone has different charming point and I love to find it out from people I meet.
Also I love to seeing babies or playing with dogs or cats.
In front of a baby, I smile because they are really cute and little. Also, I feel amazed and think about life, family, duty of parents or grown-ups of society, how marvelous life, when I see a baby.

Art ; Gustave Klimt (and Vienna Secession), Henry Matisse (I'm going to his chapel in Vence, France on this July), Ellsworth Kelly, David Hockney, Blue era of Picasso, Alberto Jacometti, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Activity ; Swimming, Cycling, Horse Riding (beginner).

Animals & Plants ; Dogs (especially Golden Retriever is my favorite), Big Trees, and flowers having a good scent. (Rose, Plum blossom, Lilac)

MOVIE

The top of my favorite film is "Flipped". It is warm. That is why it is my favorite.
I could feel pure love and confidence of a girl.
She did her best to win boy's heart or to keep precious thing
but she never loose her dignity not even once.

The second is "Harry met Sally".
Both of them are made by the same director.
So I think I need to see his all movie :D

BOOK

Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis.
Through the relationship between 'I' and 'Zorba', I could learn how to enjoy life. I looked back some mistakes I'd made.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I visited Serengeti in Tanzania, Africa.
It was best choice in my life for two reasons.

Firstly, the journey had changed my life and personality. I met my closet friends in the journey and they made me broke my stereotype and decided stepping out of my comfort zone. I became more active, realized my desires.

Secondly. The nature was awesome. I was really thankful to God for being in there and seeing the beautiful scenery. I hope I can go there again with my own future family.
