I am a formal journalist, now a tea house co-owner, waitress & cook. I backed out from journalism after a few years because I found out I prefer delivering people good drinks and meal rather than disturbing news. I am married, comfortable on the verge of lazy, happily childless and enjoying very much the slow pace and peacefulness of life in the countryside. I don´t travel much. I prefer the world to visit me, not vice versa. I am a small town dweller; excluding my college years, I live my whole life in my home town. I am kind of like Bilbo Baggins in his pre-journey period :): Not only I happen to live in a semi ground-recessed house that distantly resembles a hobbit hole, but I am no adventurer. However, the more settled I am, the more passionately I listen to stories of travel and adventure. Maybe, just maybe one day I´ll head off to one of my own :) In the meantime, come visit.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing mainly to listen to you travelling folk´s stories and to enjoy international company for a change. Slovakia is kinda monochromatic when it comes to people and cultures. It is part of its charm, though :)
I primarily offer the accomodation in our teahouse, not in my private house. (Although that is also possible when needed.) The reason is that teahouse is much spacier, prettier, cleaner and warmer :-D
