Hi, I'm Eva from Budapest.
My sister and me live in the IX. district in a small flat, quite in the city center. We can offer you a room with a double bed and I can share the other room with my sis for a couple of days.

I study medicine and I'm going to be a gynecologist.
I love DIY things, from jewellrys to ceramics, I experiment with different things from time to time, as I got some inspiration. Nowadyas I'm fond of sewing leather bags from old coats.
I also like climbing, skiing and generally all kind of adventerous sports.

At the moment we live in Rome and we are just in love with italian food and wine, so don't be suprised if I will prepare them instead of hungarian traditional ones, but we can discover some good restaurants and ruin bars together in Budapest, and we have pálinka of course. I really like learning about local specialities, not just the recipes, but the stories behind them, so please tell me your favourite one if you're writing to me, I will also know than that you have read my introduction. Anyway we love learning about everything, culture, funny inside stories, individuals from different countries.

My sister went to Edinburgh on Erasmus and she got many friends from all over the world, who stayed with us in Budapest and it was a really nice experience meeting so many interesting people. Now I live in Italy for a few months and I also met amazing friends here, they tought me so much about the city, recommended nice places and make my staying unforgattable. I would like to give it back and help others to experience something similar wonderful.

We have just made a supercool google map of Rome with fantastic restaurants, sights with interesting descriptions, and I'm going to do the same with Budapest in the autumn :)
