About Me

Reminding myself constantly to live in the present moment. Creating realities for myself that are inviting me to stay very present. On a journey of becoming the most authentic version of myself. I love to learn from life and express myself freely. I am here to listen to those who speak from their heart. I am here to listen to my own and follow it fearlessly. I practice presence through daily asana practice and daily mantra meditation. I am only interested in the truth. I won't judge anything or anyone, as I won't judge myself. Just like anybody else, I'm learning to cope with reality as best I can, it's one big trial and error. I love to cook and share a meal. I love to dance with my eyes closed. I love to create. I am a reiki master. I am part of a beautiful international community of Dream Weavers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I love to get connected to a global community. Meeting people as they are in their own country, or receiving people in my home and exchanging stories, sharing meals, and showing them cool places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately I've been listening a lot to Ayla Nereo, Beautiful Chorus, Sam Gerrett and Fia. But I also really like the Gorillaz.
I only really do not like horror movies.
Most of my favorite books are written by Paulo Coelho. Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, the Bhagavad Gita.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done is quit University and follow my heart by traveling to India.

Teach, Learn, Share

"As the darkness of night vanishes when the sun rises, so too the darkness of ignorance and delusion is dispelled when you gain knowledge of your True Self." - Bhagavad Gita
