Hi there! My name is Eva and I am from Russia. I was born in its very heart in the Ural Mountains but it's been 8 years I'm living in Moscow. Here I have graduated from All-Russian State University of Cinematography and now I'm a self-employed scriptwriter and also do some translating and interpreting (English-French-Russian).
By character I'm calm most of the time but also very active when inspired by something. I am mostly keen on culture and arts, such as cinema, theatre, arts, music, ballet. But also I love spending time cycling or walking along the city, meeting up with my friends and travelling.
I am not really a sporty girl, but I enjoy dancing, swimming, yoga.
Just forgot to tell that my second passion apart from arts is languages. I speak English fluently, not bad at French, also learning Italian. Hopefully one day in my life I will have enough time to study Japanese too )))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's just my friends who have told me a lot about couchsurfing and as I prefer to know the places I travel to "from the inside", not as an ordinary tourist, I decided to try. I would really love to meet more friends from abroad who share the same passions as me. Also I gladly show foreign tourists around Moscow, St Petersburg and other place of Russia. If I were not keen on arts I would choose a profession in touristic domain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In February 2017 I was in Paris just for 4 days and gathered a group of 4 enthusiasts to shoot an amateur film on the streets. Now I am editing this film. Soon it will be ready.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Russian and English ) and would be glad to improve my knowledge of Italian or other languages of the countries I visit. I enjoy cooking and would like to exchange a few national recipes. As well I like listening to interesting stories about places I visited, from the history of ancient times till nowadays.
