I’m Eva and I love meeting new people, adventuring through cities for hours and hours, finding parks and live music. I’ve been living in San Francisco for the past 3 years, managing a study on healthy brain aging and dementia. I’m taking a much needed break (post working and a degree in neuroscience) to travel through Southeast Asia for a couple months. If you’re interested, I can give you probably way too much info on healthy aging, dementia, and neuroscience. I’m also a decent photographer, and can take portraits of you—one of my favorite things is gifting people pictures of themselves that make them feel beautiful! In my past, I guided kids and young adults backpacking in Colorado and California, and can give you lots and lots of recommendations about where to travel and camp in the Southwestern US. I’m a cyclist, and it has been so incredible to help my friends get into road biking in the last couple of years. Always happy to help talk through what bike and shoes to get, and how to start out! I cook some really fantastic vegetarian meals, especially Thai coconut curry and roasted mushroom and halloumi grain bowls. I am very willing to help watch your cats/dogs/house, and can extend my trip a bit longer, if that is helpful for pet-watching. I also love kids and older folks 🥰 and I'm super happy to help out around the house!
