About Me

I’m an 19 year old from Australia who is currently taking a break from uni to travel and explore the world for a bit before I get into the full swing of a career and uni life. I’ve been vegetarian for around 3-4 years now but for me it’s something I consider as a personal choice and not something to force on others. I love the ocean, music and meeting new people :) Instagram : eva_guyer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m travelling around Europe for a while and have a pretty tight budget so couch surfing is a huge appeal because of that, but I also love to meet new people so finding cool people who are willing to have strangers stay in their home is another really cool opportunity.

Music, Movies, and Books

I generally listen to indie acoustic music like Angus and Julia Stone but my tastes also vary a lot and I’m pretty open to all sorts of music.

I love to read but it can be so hard to find a good book sometimes so if you have any good recommendations PLEASE let me know!! My favourites at the moment are The Alchemist and The Unbearable Lightness of Being so I guess books with life lessons but also with a captivating story to carry and convey those lessons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After graduating high school I spent a month travelling around the north east coast of Australia in a van with my two best friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m currently part way through my first semester studying psychology so although I don’t know too much yet I’d love to both share and gain some knowledge in that area.
I would love to learn about the local area and maybe recipes that you might have to offer.
Always willing to share a few interesting stories be it over a cup of tea or a drink at a bar.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories, my (sometimes questionable) cooking skills, my love of life and hopefully a few memories!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Croatia, England, Fiji, Morocco, Scotland, Switzerland, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
